Your artwork is never redrawn
Your exact image pixels are placed on the wall. A frame, mat and soft shadow are drawn around it, with brightness matched to the room photo.

On your product page, shoppers open “See it on your wall”. They take or upload a room photo, or try a sample room.
On the same wall, mark the four corners of an A4 or US Letter sheet, a door, a measured wall section, or something else with a known width and/or height. The door starts at 203 × 80 cm and is editable. “Skip” gives a visual impression only; size is not calibrated.
The exact artwork appears at the selected variant’s real size. Shoppers drag it into position and switch sizes, frames and mats. The preview labels the scale “true size”, “approximate size” or “size not calibrated” and shows a ruler check. They can save the image and add the selected variant to the cart.

Sizes come from variant options, variant titles or a size metafield. Unresolved labels such as “Large” are listed for you to map to a real width and height. You can override sizes per product.
Map frames and mats to your product options, so shoppers can switch between the combinations your store sells.
Choose which sample rooms shoppers can use when they want to explore your art before adding their own room photo.
Install the app, then add the “Wall preview” app block to your product template in the theme editor. In Online Store 2.0 themes, the button has its own row and can be dragged within the section. Choose products and run the size check.
The storefront preview and merchant admin both support English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout.
The standard preview runs on the shopper’s device; the photo is not uploaded. No shopper accounts, no cookies for the preview, and no advertising tracking. Only aggregate daily counts are stored, with no shopper identifiers.
If the browser cannot decode a HEIC photo, a notice asks first. If the shopper continues, the server converts it in memory only and does not store it. “Remember this room” is opt-in and keeps a reduced copy in that browser for up to 7 days.

It depends on how the reference is marked and the angle of the photo. The preview says whether the scale is true or approximate, or size is not calibrated, and includes a ruler check. Tip: tape an A4 sheet to the same wall where the art will hang, then mark its four corners.
No. The product’s exact image pixels are placed on the wall; the artwork is never redrawn. Frame, mat, soft shadow and brightness matched to the photo complete the preview.
Centimetres, millimetres, inches, ISO A sizes, and width × height written with x, ×, spaces or no spaces: for example, “30x40 cm”, “18 x 24 in”, “A3” and “50×70”. These can come from variant options, variant titles or a size metafield. Map unclear labels to real dimensions or override a product’s sizes.
The button loads one small script, about 3 KB. The viewer code loads only when a shopper opens the preview.
Yes. Shoppers can take or upload a room photo on their phone. JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC are supported. If a browser cannot decode HEIC, a notice asks before server conversion, which happens in memory only without storing the photo.
No shopper account is needed to preview the art or save the preview image.
