Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between Ayman F Almatrudi, trading as Nafud Apps ("we", "us"), at Building 4030, Muhammad Ibn Mehmood Al Kilani St, Al Narjis Dist., Riyadh 13333 (short address RAJD4030), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Shopify merchant who installs or uses Hangsight: Wall Art Visualizer ("you"). By installing or using Hangsight, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Hangsight adds a “See it on your wall” preview to your Shopify product pages. Shoppers can use a photo of their own room or try a sample room, set the scale, and place your artwork at the selected variant’s size. They can switch between your sizes, frames and mats, save the preview image and add the selected variant to the cart.
You set it up by adding the “Wall preview” app block to the product template in Shopify’s theme editor for an Online Store 2.0 theme, then configuring the size settings in the app. Choose products, run the size check, map frames and mats to your product options, and choose sample rooms. No code is needed.
Features that are not available at launch are not part of the service until the app and this page describe them.
2. Previews are visual aids, not guarantees
A preview’s accuracy depends on the photo’s angle, lens and lighting, how carefully the shopper marks the four corners of a known-size reference on the same wall, and your product size data. Skipping the scale step gives a visual impression only; size is not calibrated.
Colours on screens vary. Previews help shoppers judge size and appearance; they do not guarantee exact size, colour or fit. You remain responsible for your product descriptions, sizes and return policy.
3. Your responsibilities
- You have the rights to the artwork images and product content you use with Hangsight, and you let us process them to provide the service.
- You provide accurate product sizes and check the size settings after installation and whenever you add products. Map unresolved size labels to real widths and heights.
- You keep the storefront photo notice displayed by the app, and your store’s privacy policy reflects your use of Hangsight.
- You do not use Hangsight to process unlawful content or shoppers’ personal data for any purpose other than the preview.
4. Plans, billing and trials
- Free: up to 3 enabled products, a small attribution mark in the preview, and no preview cap.
- Pro: $19.99 USD every 30 days, with a 7-day free trial available once per store. Includes unlimited products, no attribution mark and preview analytics.
Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice under Shopify’s billing terms. There are no usage charges. Refunds follow Shopify’s billing rules.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice in the app. A price change takes effect from your next billing cycle after the notice period.
5. Intellectual property
- Your content: you keep all rights to your artwork and content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display them solely to provide Hangsight to you and your shoppers.
- Our app: we keep all rights to the app, its code and its design.
- Feedback: if you send feedback, we may use it without obligation.
6. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Bypass plan limits.
- Use the service in a way that violates Shopify’s terms or the law.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Hangsight available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may change or improve features. We give reasonable notice of changes that remove core functionality from your plan.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Hangsight at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or if Shopify requires it.
On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Warranty disclaimer
Hangsight is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Hangsight in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you provide, including claims that your artwork infringes someone else’s rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mandatory consumer or data protection rules of your country still apply where they cannot be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We post changes here and update the date above. We notify installed merchants in the app of material changes at least fourteen days before they take effect.
